Justice Ebrahim is a retired Judge and is currently an acting Judge of the Supreme Court of Appeal of the Kingdom of Swaziland. Between 1982 and 1984, he was Director of Public Prosecutions. He was a Judge of the High Court of Zimbabwe from 1984 to 1990, and of the Supreme Court
of Zimbabwe , from 1990 until his retirement in 2002 . In an earlier part of his career he served as Chief Law Ofcer in the ofce of the Solicitor General.
In a legal career spanning over ve decades, Justice Ebrahim has acquired extensive experience in diverse and complex areas of law. He sits as an Arbitrator on the panel of the Commercial Arbitration Centre in Harare.
He has served as Chairperson on several disciplinary tribunals and in 2003 he was appointed Appeal Commissioner of the Cricket World Cup in South Africa. In January 2004 the Government of India conferred on him
the prestigious Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award in recognition of a life time of outstanding public service in both the social and legal elds.
